Our cloud-based delivery platform allows us to track orders and vehicles and helps us to create email/text updates and notifications, Proof of Delivery with geolocation and pictures, and more. Our customer service is unparalleled -- we are about personalized communication, convenience and giving consumers control back in the delivery process.

We focus on Texas

We operate in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston areas and can deliver in the Texas Triangle (San Antonio and Austin), which includes about 80% of the Texas population. We are happy to discuss shipments to other areas, click here to contact us.

Shipping is easy

You provide us with a shipping manifest and we email back a PDF with shipping labels from that manifest. After completed delivery, we will send the proof of delivery (POD) list. Customer receive three notifications with a hyperlink to tracking updates or can check status with a tracking number on our website.

We don’t require software installation, but if you prefer, our delivery platform can be integrated with your existing systems. 

Summer shipments to Texas become a reality

Wines are better protected, storage costs are decreased and our Texas warehouse can serve as a skipping zone for all Southeast shipments. Our year-round temperature controlled service can save all on Summer packing and storage costs.

The Logistics

We count holidays and weekends as transit days, and we deliver on evenings and weekends. Premium Wine Delivery can reschedule/redirect upon request.

Our price per case (1-12 standard bottles of wine) is based on quantity and frequency of shipments.

We charge a flat rate – there are no additional fees for extra services like adult signature, residential address, redirecting, holds, delivering on evening or weekends, etc.

We can deliver in customized/wooden boxes.

PWD provides Base Insurance up to the first $100 value of the package and offers Additional Insurance for a fee equal to 2% of declared value fee therefore.

When a delivery is missed, we leave a door tag, send a notification and reschedule. Before making a second attempt, we contact the customer to confirm the next delivery window.
